RadiantScene Atelier

Our story

RadiantScene Atelier began as a research collective comparing practitioner playbooks to peer‑reviewed findings in nonverbal communication. We turned that work into a course architecture that keeps nuance, limits overclaiming, and favors field‑tested behaviors you can practice without theatrics.

Today, we help leaders, sales teams, interviewers, and educators build consistent, ethical presence—on stage, in rooms, and on camera.

Mission

To make nonverbal skill accessible, respectful, and reliable enough to improve hard conversations—without turning people into caricatures.

Method

Scenario‑based drills, spaced repetition, gesture economy, and culture checks. We teach patterns and probabilities—not mind‑reading.

Values

  • Evidence‑aware over absolutism
  • Consent, dignity, and cultural nuance
  • Clarity, calm, and simplicity

Team

Mara Linde — Program Director

Former negotiation trainer and conference speaker; specializes in gesture economy and narrative presence.

Kenji Sato — Research Lead

Bridges academic literature and field practice; maintains our pattern library and bias audits.

Rhea Ortiz — Coaching

Executive presence and camera‑frame coaching for hybrid leaders and founders.

Ibrahim Khan — Learning Engineer

Ethics and bias awareness

We embed cultural notes and consent prompts throughout training. You’ll learn when not to interpret a cue, how to declare uncertainty, and how to prioritize relationship safety over “reading.”
